Posh St. Management

This is a quaint little coastal cottage that was a perfect fit for our little family get away. Extremely close and convenient to the public beach access, as well as restaurants, shops and surrounding towns. The house was clean and well kept and full of all the amenities that you may need. Dee was an excellent host, very responsive and informative. We spent a great deal of time on the large back deck soaking up the sounds of the waves and relaxing.

This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in, my family and I loved everything about it. The hosts were very thoughtful and the amenities really made it the place it is! The oak island area itself was also beautiful.

Loved the privacy of the fenced in backyard. Convenient garage. Clean. Snacks & coffee K-cups provided. Comfortable living room. Comfortable beds. A very pleasant home away from home. Would stay here again!

Charming, quiet, spacious and close to everything you need! Walking distance to a few fun spots for eats drinks and live music. The backyard is fenced in and private which was perfect for my pup to run around and stretch his legs! The back studio was air conditioned and served as an excellent office to work from! The hosts were incredibly responsive, flexible and friendly. Bonus the house was fully stocked with high quality toiletries and kitchen staples. It’s perfect for a long term stay! I would absolutely stay here again — it’s an excellent home base for a longer term stay while in Wilmington. Extra bonus the neighbors are all really friendly too!

The house is beautiful and spacious, super clean and organized. To be honest the price is way below the value of the service provided. We had a great time during our visit. Miss Dee is very proactive, all the instructions and reminders were easy to follow. We’re looking forward to comeback soon. 😄

This place had a lot of small touches that stood out. There were extra lawn chairs, beach towels, flashlights, and snacks that were kid friendly. There were several amenities such as coffee, panini press, toaster, etc… tons of dishware. We stayed with a family of 15 ranging from adults to infants and there was something for everyone and plenty of space. The host was very communicative and friendly. The turn in for the house snuck up on us and was a little confusing at first but after we realized where it was it was fine! I’ve stayed at several airbnbs and this was by far one of the best

Anytime I come to this area from now on,I'll always look for Dee listing. She checked on us thru out our stay & that was very appreciated. Couldn't have ask for better. There was only 2 things I was upset about 1) I didn't book longer 2) I had to leave. Thanks Dee for allowing us to visit your place. Kickback Cottage was an enjoyable destination for a beach trip. We have stayed at a variety of homes in the past from new to 30 years old but never at a home built in 1950 that survived a natural disaster when most other did not. The home was very comfortable and the items available in the home to use were way above and beyond any prior rental property we have stayed in. The back porch and basement were definite plus. Being able to be out of the weather but still outside on the porch were appreciated and have never had that option in the past 25 years. Many a spirited ping pong game were played and enjoyed. Good communication from the host. Easy access on the hour and day of arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

It smelt amazing upon walking in! Gave it more of a home feel. Everything was super clean! Loved the extra touch of toothbrushes/toothpaste. All the little things made our week great. Easy beach access topped off our stay and I would highly recommend this place!

This place was awesome to stay in! So many little snack baskets, at room essentials and so close to everything! Loved that it was a one minute walk to the ocean, and the everything else is in close proximity! Cutest mushroom decor ever!
